Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Papaglasses.com. If for any reason your glasses or sunglasses arrive damaged or you change your mind after receiving them, you can return the items for a full refund with no shipping costs.

Free Returns for Damaged Items or Change of Mind: If your glasses or sunglasses are damaged during transit or you simply change your mind after receiving them, we’ll cover return shipping costs as long as you report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

To take advantage of this policy, contact us at [email protected] or +64 224665405 within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll promptly send you a free return shipping label. Simply repackage the items and affix the prepaid label.

Once we receive the returned items, we will process a full refund of the purchase price, including any initial shipping charges paid.

Standard Returns:
If you need to return items for any other reason beyond 48 hours of delivery, we still offer a standard 30-day return window. However, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and you might have to pay international shipping charges and you must provide tracking number. Contact us to initiate the return process.

Conditions:

  • Free returns for damage/change of mind must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unmarked, and in original packaging.
  • Lenses must not be scratched, damaged, or custom-engraved.
  • Return shipping costs are covered for damage or change of mind only.
  • After 30 days, returns cannot be accepted.
